1. Requirements for the user
To trade on the P2P platform Exnode, the user needs to register an account.
To create an ad on the site, or sell cryptocurrency, you need to go through the KYC procedure.
A registered account is required to purchase cryptocurrency from ads.
2. Account preparation
To trade on the platform, you need to link at least 1 payment method. You can link up to 20 payment methods and use up to 5 in one transaction.

In the “Purchase” section, select an advertisement that is suitable for the amount and price and click on the “buy” button.

5. How to sell cryptocurrency
The seller has 15 minutes to confirm receipt of payment and send cryptocurrency. If the seller does not have time in 15 minutes, you have the right to open an appeal on the transaction.
In the "Sale" section, select an advertisement that is suitable for the amount and price and click on the "sell" button.
Next, an additional window will open, where you are required to enter the amount of the transaction and select a method for receiving fiat.
On the next page, you are required to wait for payment to be received by the selected method of receipt. The buyer has 15 minutes to complete the transfer. If the buyer does not have time to transfer the payment, you can cancel the order or open an appeal.
After receiving the payment, click on the “Confirm receipt of payment” button, then the cryptocurrency will be automatically sent to the buyer. Be careful, check the amount received on your account before confirming receipt. The platform is not responsible in case of an error on the part of the seller.
6. How to place an ad
To place an ad, you need to click on the "New ad" button.
On the page that opens, you can select the type of ad (Buy/Sell), the price for the asset, then the transaction amount and payment methods.
On the last page, you can add additional terms of the deal in free form. Be careful, any offensive / obscene speech leads to account blocking.
Then click on the “create ad” button and it will be published among all ads on the platform. You can track it in the "My ads" tab, or in the history of your personal account.
7. Appeals and disputes
An appeal can be opened after the timer expires in an open deal (15 minutes).
In the event of disputes and claims, any user has the right to open an appeal so that the server administration can help in resolving any difficulties during the transaction.
If the buyer made a payment, and the seller did not transfer the cryptocurrency, the platform has every right to do it on its own for the seller, using the asset frozen for the transaction.
8. Recommendations
When making any transactions on the platform, be vigilant and verify any information you use.In most cases, the administration of the service will always help in resolving any claims and disputes, however, if an incorrect amount was transferred, the administration will not be able to return your funds.
Do not send payment in multiple payments, this is strictly prohibited by the rules of the platform.
Make a transfer strictly according to the available details, including a specific payment form/bank.
